A Documentary on my Great Uncle
I have been fascinated by my great uncle, Manigirdas my entire life. Professionally he is a pianist, however his deep appreciate for science makes him critical towards theory and self-discipline.
This is a documentary I am currently shooting that will attempt to act as a portrait of the interesting life he lives.
My hope is for this to be a long term documentary following his old age and allowing him to share his ideas with the world.
So far, the experience has been remarkably introspective. Learning more about my distant family has made me look deeper into myself and I hope that this project will continue to be as rewarding as it has been so far.
